Best Answer:  I don't like big pills, so for me this is very easy to take.
with other vitamins i burp up and can smell the vitamin after I take it even with big meal or my big breakfast. But with Kind/organic, I have no issues what so ever. Very easy to digest, and I don't have to take it with big meals.
I have tried many many other vitamins, this has been The best vitamin that I've taking
