Broken Pumps
I have used this product for years without issue. Something changed recently with the design of the pump. Out of 3 bottles, 2 had defective pumps after minimal use. I emailed support the first time it happened and got a replacement. I don't have the patience to email support again. I will move on to another option.

I have read some reviews on Amazon and some of the critical views say there is mold on the inside of the bottle. (See pics of critical reviews Amazon) did anyone find this to be the case? I also saw a review on Facebook saying the same thing.

Best Answer:  B12 is available in several forms, including synthetic and natural forms. This supplement would use a natural form called methylcobalamin which is vegan sourced in this supplement.
