      Why does your B12 contain HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP in the ingredient list? Save your money! This is NOT a healthy product! The cost is also NOT representative of a great product. You're selling junk and you know it! The sad part is ppl are buying it without doing their due diligence!

      Liquid vitamins have an ease of taking, taste good, & work good.
      I love the liquid vitamins. They have a nice Raspberry flavor. They are free from impure ingredients. Liquid vitamins are so easy to take & they work well.

      why do hold the b-12 under your tongue for 30 secs ?

      Best Answer:  To give it time to absorb into your bloodstream. B12 absorbed under the tongue gets absorbed without having to go through the digestive tract. You're not supposed to swallow while this is dissolving under your tongue, otherwise the vitamin ends up in your stomach and defeats the purpose. People with something like Pernicious Anemia can't absorb B12 if they swallow it, that's why this is important.
