Best source of vegan vitamin D I've found. Used to buy it from that giant online retailer beginning with A, and it's actually cheaper directly through the company and arrives just as quickly.

I use a lot of your products but I don't use any products with stevia or any sweeteners. I don't need healthy items to be sweet. It is not a dessert.

Test numbers are right. It works!
I have an autoimmune. Even though I take supplements, the test numbers for Vitamin D were very low. It was suggested that I try a spray where the vitamin was absorbed through the mouth instead of the intestines. This worked. My numbers are now considered optimal. (Same with their B-12 spray. ) My doctor actually asked me how I did it.

I've been using Garden of Life for about 1 year now. The vitamins are high quality. No aftertaste or gastrointestinal side effects. With other brands I would have mild nausea. I also use the vitamin D spray and love both products!

If I am supposed to be getting 5000IU daily of vitamin D3, then do I simply spray 5 times in order to get the same amount when using this?

Best Answer:  I take this as spray, until nothing comes out of the sprayer but there is still a little bit left of liquid in the bottle. I will then use a teaspoon to pour the remainder. 1 tsp is approx 2000 IU.

How is this plant based if this is D3? I thought D2 was plant based and D3 is animal products.

Best Answer:  Hemp seeds, mushrooms, and leaves of night shade veggies. Not a good answer, but all I could find on Googlee. Plants are mostly D2 and still depend on sun for conversion. Maybe there is a good cod liver oil out there, eh?
