Better ship packaging needed
This is a cooler case item and is not packaged for cold transport. If it sits on the sunny porch too long, it is not as effective as the bottles bought locally.

Good probiotic
I've been buying this for quite a while, except for two months recently when I could not find it anywhere. During that time, I used a shelf-stable women's probiotic and that definitely didn't have as much benefit for my digestive system, so I was very happy to find this one back in stock. I can't tell if it really helps my mood, but it definitely doesn't hurt it.
