Directions

Early Review
Only been taking for about 3 weeks so a little too early to tell. Does give me the peace of mind that I'm filling in nutritional gaps that my poor diet leaves. Do feel enough of a difference to continue taking for a while. Reasonably priced for such a comprehensive product.

CLEAR CHOICE

Why did you choose this?
My husband uses VitAmin Code for men over 50.He seems to get diarrhea, is this the vitamin or time of day he takes it or something else he is eating? What is the solution?
Hi Mary Ellen, I hope I can help you out. I would suggest to the capsules throughout the day. Maybe 2 capsules with breakfast and two with lunch. This way, not only is he splitting his nutrients throughout the day but it could help with some of the stomach issues. Vitamin Code is a whole food multi which should digest allot easier than other vitamins. I hope this helps.
I take every other day after breakfast, this seems to help.

Maybe a dumb question, but it says raw so do these have to be refridriated?
Best Answer: No this does not require refrigeration.
How can you be sure that the ingredients come from RAW food? Is there a 3rd party that evaluates these claims? The supplemental facts list looks exactly the same as every other vitamins? It says Vitamin C, not Vitamin C from real oranges. At the bottom is lists some "organic berry mixes" is that the RAW food?I normally use RainbowLight's Men's One Multi

Thanks FreddyAny idea why MK-9 (I assume you meant MK-9) is used? I can hardly find anything in the Web about MK-9. It's mostly MK-4 or MK-7 (the one recommended everywhere).
