Nerve Damage
After taking this product I began to experience tingling/vibrating sensations in my arm, hand, fingers and even upper leg once. After researching I found that the wrong type/amount of vit B can cause nerve damage and neuropathy. It is B toxicity. Then I learned the company was bought out by Nestle in 2017 which is an untrusted company in my book. My recommendation is stay away from this brand all together but especially this b complex.

I have used this for over a year. It definitely helps having the probiotics and fruit and vegetable complex. Ktnks Howe we two pills. I am trying Solgar. Exause it is just one capsule. That said, I am her unsure how it helps with minor indigestion after a meal.

what has been your experience in using this product? Does anyone use a multi-vit along with this product?

  I have used this product for a few years. I love it! I do take it with my multivitamin... for two reasons. I need the extra B's because my doctor told me the medication I take metabolizes B's quickly (plus I am a runner) and since it is water soluble, what my body doesn't need at the time it will excrete out. I have used other products in between if I run out of Vitamin Code and I do notice a difference. The way Vitamin Code is made from real food I believe that is the reason this is such a great product!

  I love it. I've been taking it for 7 years. I quit taking it for a couple weeks before going to Jamaica cuz I was told Vitamin B makes you a mosquito magnet (it's true, too.) I felt tired and run down being off of it. Went back to it after vacay, took a week or two to get back to where I was before. Won't be without it. Am considering other vitamins as well.....

  I have taken this for quite some time. I also take a Garden of Life Multi-Vitamin as well, but feel I need more B+ than most formularies supply due to a lung condition. So it depends on what your needs are. Google and research "B+" and see what it is good for and determine if this may be something you need additional supplementation for.

  I don't actually use an additional multi-vite per se. I do take C, D, Coq10, an antioxidant, and others. I pick and choose my additional vites based on what I feel is important. I think if nothing else, C's and D's are most important in addition to your B's. Hope this helps.

  I have been supplementing with both for 2 years now. According to the research I've found online, doctors say that the body will excrete excess vitamin B's so there is no need to worry about an unhealthy buildup of those vitamins.
