It may not work for everyone, but I noticed a difference in my joints when I ran out and went without the Glucosamine Chondroitin MSM for a while. So I'll keep ordering them.

I need to find out about the size of the pills. Can someone tell me how large these are? I have swallowing problems and had to throw away the last bottles of Glucosamine because I couldn't swallow them. Thanks!

Best Answer:  If you have trouble swallowing capsules, these open easily and can be mixed into something you like such as yogurt, apple sauce or pudding. We give them to our dog in a small amount of yogurt each day.

Best Answer:  I believe the daily dosage is 1200mg /day. Check with your physician, they would be able to tell you more on what the requirements are for you joints as you age.

Why is MSM in this product? What does it add? I know that it is important to have the Sulfate form of Glucosamine and Chondroitin; but never heard that MSM is crucial.

Best Answer:  MSM is a naturally occuring substance in our bodies, however, as we age we produce lesss of it than we need. MSM has healing properties and that is why it works to your advantage with the glucosamine condroitin. Besides taking this ourselves, we give it to our 13 year old dog and it has improved his joints considerably. Hope this helps. Look up MSM on the internet and I think your will be surprised how much good it does for you.

Best Answer:  This is an old friend of the family. It was helpful to my mother who saw an improvement very soon in her ability to raise her arms without pain. My husband and I have been taking this for years and seem to have pretty good joint flexibility as well.

what is the primary use for this product?

Best Answer:  I use this to maintain healthy joints, particularly my knees. While there have been mixed studies as to the effectiveness of Glucosamine, I do a lot of biking and training which puts a lot of pressure on my knees and so I'm always looking for ways to keep my joints from breaking down and this seems to have helped so far.

Our dog takes this...seems to be the same formulation as our vet has prescribed...we sprinkle the contents of one capsule of the name brand product 1in with her food...do you know if these capsules contain powder?
