Too many empty and or spilled capsules and haven't noticed improvement
I'm not impressed with this product. Several capsules were empty and or spilled out onto the other capsules and I haven't noticed any improvement in my joints yet. Not sure I'll be buying this one again.T

Sounds weird, but I love these
I have taken these for years and despite various overuse injuries at 54 am always told, "but your cartilage looks great." I also for some reason love the taste. Maybe love is strong, but don't mind at all and prefer to popping a pill.

I ate one of these. Absolutely horrible taste. Going to be a battle of will power to get through this bottle so it doesn't go to waste. Do not recommend, unless you have no tastebuds.

Tastes awful
Works great for joint pain, however, the taste is unbearable. My tolerance seemed to decrease as I took more. Eventually the smell was enough to turn my stomach. If you can tolerate the chalkiness and sulfur flavor, these could be great but I prefer the pills.

Can i take these pills if im 15 years old?

  I am not a doctor or healthcare practitioner of any kind. I am 80 and my wife is 77. We both take Glusoamine & Chondroitin with MSM every day. If we don't, within 3-4 days our joints begin to ache and get sore. With these 3 items, we reduce inflammation (soreness, aching) of the joints to almost zero. Usually, young people do not need this if on a good diet. Should you see your doctor? A nurse? Your pharmacist? You might have a problem that this will not respond to. 30 days is a good period to try this product if you have joint problems.

Is this product safe for dogs? My dog is 90-95lbs and vet recommended a number of dog brands but the ingredients seem similar (not exact) to this product that I take daily. Anyone have advice on using this on dogs?
