I did not realize that this was not a capsule, but a pill. It is a huge pill and what I would call a horse pill and I would not buy it again because of the size of the pill.

A life saver!
I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my fingers a couple of years ago and even since starting this supplement, my symptoms and pain are GONE! This is the real deal. I tried the one sold at BJ's Warehouse and their ingredients are fake/ineffective in comparison to this product.

I think it is a good product which works well, but I wish I didn't have to refrigerate it.
I have to keep the product in the refrigerator because if left on the counter, the tablets crumble into small pieces, maybe because of humidity. ??? I don't know why. My other supplements of the same brand don't crumble.
