300 MG works best for me
I used the triple strength, 900 mg for over a year, and had to stop because it gave me a bad case of diarrhea. The 300 mg strength works for me and I will continue to use it as part of my daily regimen.

Where's the pepper?
Good price, but lacking the pepper (or piperine) required for proper absorption. I'll make sure that the next turmeric supplement I buy has this, as it multiplies the efficacy by several thousand times, so worth paying a little extra.

Otherwise, try to take these with food that contains black pepper.

Doctor recommended Tumeric
Both my chiropractor and nutritionist have recommended that I take tumeric to help the inflammation in my joints caused by osteoarthritis. The fact that it is also a digestive aid is a plus for my irritable bowel syndrome.

Doesn't this supplement but with piperine added enhance the absorption.
Do you sell piperine separately?
I thought I saw a warning somewhere when I placed my order for turmeric extract, that something about this product was known to cause cancer per the state of California. I now cannot find anything more about that warning. Can I get more information about that being all the reviews speak to it helping with cancer, not causing it?
Is the processing plant located in the United States of America?
How much bioavailibility doe this have. Does it contain piperine?

Best Answer:  I don't know

I've been training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu around 5 years and there's plenty of grip fighting. I feel like I have arthritis. Will this help with the soreness and swelling in the joints of my fingers?

Best Answer:  We have used Turmeric for a little while. My husband starting using it specifically for reducing a swollen prostate. In research we found turmeric had high ratings of being good for that, plus it is very good to keep your body alkaline. One thing we do use for arthritis is Glucosamine/Chondrotin with Sulfate (or MSM). Not to say turmeric isn't also good for it, but we both can tell a big difference in arthritis with the Glu/Chon.

Anyone experience a mouth tingling or warm feeling after taking the turmeric up to a couple of hours?

Best Answer:  No, but this usually means you have a sensitivity to it. We are all different, so maybe you can't take this product. You might try a different brand of turmeric. Hope this helps!

Does it help with anxiety?

Best Answer:  Turmeric or Curcumin is an immune support supplement. For anxiety try Ashwaganda, Rhodiola or anything with GABA in it. I am currently trying these for anxiety and so far the Ashwaganda seems to work best but be sure it's a good quality at least 500 mgs. Recommend talking to a health professional prior to taking.

Is this good for dogs?

Best Answer:  I really do not know, perhaps a smaller amount would help, most vitamins can be used for animals, just adjust the amount.

Is this hard on the stomach at all?

Best Answer:  I never noticed an issue with my stomach. You could always take it with a little food. It should actually ease digestion.

How many times daily is this taken?

Best Answer:  It can be taken twice a day , but I am only taking it once daily unless I have some unusually active days or exercise !
Works great for joint pain and stiffness !
