Directions

Adults and children 12 years and over - As a relaxant: swallow 1-2 tablets with water until relieved, up to 3 times per day. For occasional sleeplessness: 1-3 tablets before bedtime. Children 6 years to under 12 years - As a relaxant: swallow 1 tablet with water until relieved, up to 3 times per day. For occasional sleeplessness: 1-2 tablets before bedtime.

As with any drug, ask a doctor before use if pregnant or breast-feeding. Consult a physician if symptoms persist for more than 7 days or worsen. Keep this and all medications out of reach of children. In case of emergency or accidental overdose, contact a medical professional or Poison Control Center immediately. Good stuff
Helps to relax you to go to sleep sometimes a little too well lol. I have to take it right before bed sometimes or during stressful times. I don't use it all the time because it can make you really drowsy. Good sleep aid though

It doesn’t work for me.
I bought this product based on some customers reviews. 1st, I thought it was a sleeping aid but based on the item description is more for calming purposes which I guess helps with sleep & 2nd either way r it didnt work for me since I don’t feel more calm or relax & it doesn’t help to sleep either.

Sleep Again

Does Calms Forte contain sodium? I try to avoid salt.

Best Answer:  I don't believe so-sodium is not listed on the label. You can go to Hyland's website for more information. The product does often helps my husband when he has trouble sleeping. It has also helped me when I am very stressed at work.

I have an adverse reaction to products such at Tylenol PM. Does this have the same affect?

Best Answer:  This product has no chemicals, it's all natural. The only side affects I've noticed are that I dream, in color. If I awake in the middle of the night (I sleep very light), I just take a small chip and I'm back asleep before too long. I've given samples to friends and the conclusion is that either it works for you or it keeps you awake, depending upon the individual. Most people have said it works well. And Tylenol, PM or otherwise, can be dangerous if you have flu or cold. I'll never take it again.

Difference between Calms and Calms Forte?

Best Answer:  I really can't speak to the difference since I'm aware of only Calms Forte. I will say that Calms Forte works great. When I am nervous or a bit stressed about something during the day, a single pill works to help me focus on the task at hand. Also, taking 2-3 at bedtime makes it possible to drift off to sleep on those nights when I have difficulty doing so.

I see that Calms has Magnesium. Is it OK to take a magnesium oxide pill (250mg) at night also?

Best Answer:  You'd do better to ask advice from a health-care provider. And/or do research on the internet about various forms of magnesium and possible problems with taking to much (there may be none, but again, you should seek advice from knowledgeable sources).

Best Answer:  No it does not. It only has homeopathic remedies in it. It is a great product, I have used it for our children for years.
