I am always open to finding pleasant, easy-to-use melatonin to help me rest. this has a wonderful flavor and seems to work quite well. the price point is reasonable but would love to see it slightly reduced. but overall nice packaging and pleasant flavor.

Works well.
I've used melatonin supplements over the years, and I always prefer the chewable/fast-dissolve variety. Natrol is a good brand, and they work well.
