Directions

SUGGESTED USE FOR ADULTS: Individual needs may vary. Start with approximately a half-teaspoon (1 g) daily and gradually increase to 2 teaspoons (4 g). For best results, divide the daily amount into 2 or 3 portions per day, taken with or without food. FOR FASTEST PREPARATION: Place powder in a glass or mug; add approx. 2-3 oz of hot water. Let it fizz, then stir until dissolved. Fill with warm or cold water and enjoy. You can also simply add Natural Vitality CALM to a glass or bottle of cold water.

I take 2000 mg of vitamin d3 and twice daily 600 mg of calcium. Should I take the magnesium with my supplements or is it ok to take it separately?

Best Answer:  I use this to help with sleeplessness at night and muscle tension. I don't take it during the day because I don't want to be sleepy. It does help to relax.

Best Answer:  It works for me. I know that you can take too much of anything but when I stay within the recommended dosage all goes well. I know a person that can only tolerate a quarter of a teaspoon. She takes it at night and is out like a light. It does not do that to me but just telling you that so you know that you may have to adjust accordingly.

Best Answer:  It's distributed by Natural Vitality, which is located in Austin, Texas. It does not say on the label where it is manufactured. For more information, you could check their website, the link to which they won't let me type here, but you can probably figure out, or call Natural Vitality customer service, which is written on the label, but they won't allow me to type the phone number here either.

what is the flavor of this product?

Best Answer:  There really isn't a flavor to this. It's that classic "flavorless" variety, but it's not neutral. If anything it's a very very weak citrus flavor better suited to any citrusy if you can't stand it by itself. I, personally don't like it as I want to take it in water, but the water tastes adulterated. Hope that helps.

Does Natural Calm have to be mixed with boiling water, or can it be added into cold water, milk or juice?

Best Answer:  Natural Calm can be mixed with cold water. It seems to be best to put Calm into a glass first and then add a small amount of water. After fizzing has stopped I add more cold water and stir. This works well for me. I use water that is room temperature.

i should do the trick, but natural calm is good to take at night anyway. yes it is a natural relaxer, and its great for your muscles and nervous system. wether or not it keeps attacks at bay may be known through trial and error,but it will definitely contribute to reducing anxiety without a doubt.--neil

I have taken this product for years and in the last 5-6 months it has really been bothering my stomach! Anyone else have this problem? Alot of acid reflux type stuff going on! I just now have started taking probiotics and hope this will help.....?
