Directions

Scoop. Fizz. Sip. For fastest prep, pour approximately 2 teaspoons (4 g) of powder into your favorite glass or mug, add 2–3 oz of hot water, and let it do its fizzy thing. Hidden maltodextrin?

This is light on flavor, but takes ok. I normally use the unflavored kind, and it works for me. I decided to try this one since it's made with Stevia. However, I inadvertently added my iodine supplement to it and it turned purple. That only happens when maltodextrin is present, but nowhere on the label does it mention this as an ingredient. It's shameful how companies don't disclose all of their ingredients and allow US to decide if we want to purchase their product or not. Only reason for a company to do that is because they know some people wouldn't buy it. Very disappointed.

Didn't work for me

I bought this product to help with pregnancy leg cramps etc? I normally am exhausted by the end of the day but after taking this the past two nights I've been awake all night long, full of energy and no sleep. My legs are cramping and my head is pounding. I only took half a teaspoon. I definitely doesn't work for me.

Great Sleep Aid

At first I was drinking this in the morning for better health. Then I discovered that by drinking it in the evening in a hot cup of tea that I fell asleep quicker and stayed asleep. I can tell by my overall health when I don't take it. So my body does need the extra magnesium.

Best Answer: It works for me. I know that you can take too much of anything but when I stay within the recommended dosage all goes well. I know a person that can only tolerate a quarter of a teaspoon. She takes it at night and is out like a light. It does not do that to me but just telling you that so you know that you may have to adjust accordingly.

For more information, you could check their website, the link to which they won't let me type here, but you can probably figure out, or call Natural Vitality customer service, which is written on the label, but they won't allow me to type the phone number here either.

Best Answer: There really isn't a flavor to this. It's that classic "flavorless" variety, but it's not neutral. If anything it's a very very weak citrus flavor better suited to any citrusy if you can't stand it by itself. I, personally don't like it as I want to take it in water, but the water tastes adulterated. Hope that helps.

Best Answer: Natural Calm can be mixed with cold water. It seems to be best to put Calm into a glass first and then add a small amount of water. After fizzing has stopped I add more cold water and stir. This works well for me. I use water that is room temperature.
