After using the Natrol Sleep Calm gummies I found myself sleeping through the entire night. Waking up feeling well rested and not at all groggy or drowsy. They were easy to take and taste good as well.

The Natrol Sleep Calm seem to do the trick. I was a little skeptical at first, but after taking them a few times, I could really see the difference in my sleep. I seemed to fall asleep quicker and sleep better. I didn't wake up near as frequently throughout the night. Overall they worked well and were tasty to consume.

I really like these! They definitely helped me relax and fall asleep easily. I have tried a few different things for sleep and some make me feel tired the next morning. These didn't. The flavor is good too. They taste like gummies. I like that they don't have any artificial dyes or colors and it's free of melatonin so you won't have that drowsy feeling the next day.
