Hi was wondering when do you take it?

Best Answer:  I take this typically in the evening, if I'm having muscle aches or restless legs. This can also be taken in the day time. I took this when I was quitting smoking and I think it really helped me - it was my ninth time trying to quit smoking after 20+years and I've been a non-smoker now for 14years!

If taken at night to help you sleep does it make you tired during the day?

Best Answer:  Madree M. I have used Kava for some time and never find it making me feel sleepy or tired the next day. In fact I use it often during the day without feeling sleepy for fibromyalgia muscle pain. It is a wonderful muscle relaxer without all the side effects of prescription meds.

Best Answer:  try Natures Answer Kava-6 (Alcohol Free) (1 Fluid Ounces Liquid) . It really works well, and quickly. Personally, I would only use that once per day, at bed time. For daytime support, have you tried L-theanine? 200mg every few hours seems to help.

Best Answer:  I think you would need to contact Natrol to ask them. It does not say that on the bottle. We have been using it for years.
