Directions

We suggest starting out with half a teaspoon (1g) of Natural Vitality Calm powder, gradually increasing to two teaspoons (4g) daily. Start by placing your desired amount of powder into a cup or mug, add 2-3 ounces of warm water, and let your drink fizz. Stir the drink until the powder is completely dissolved, the fill the remainder of the cup with warm or cold water. Now experience CALM.

Sleep like a baby
I have recommended this so many times to friends and clients. We all have to get daily magnesium it's important for so many functions in the body, including heart health. This product helps relax my muscles, helps me get better sleep, and also at higher doses when needed, helps keep things "moving along".

I LOVE Natural Calm! It tastes really good! It is easy to mix and it makes me feel better knowing I'm getting some magnesium in the evenings. I have been able to sleep really well with this new bedtime ritual!

Formula has changed
CALM used to contain Magnesium Citrate, which is a preferred formulation for absorption. In the past few months, as the company changed hands, they changed to a less desirable formulation using Magnesium Carbonate. So, if you find this product not working the way it used to, it may be due to this change. We won't be buying this anymore.

This stuff is the BOMB
I had a massage and my masseuse recommended this because my muscles were tight. They weren’t bothering me, but I thought I’d try it anyway. I also happened to be having sleep issues - I’d wake up multiple times a night and not be able to get back to sleep. One small dose of this and it was like a light switch - I had the best sleep in ages. Calm also helps with digestion, anxiety & stress mgmt. I read that about 70% of women are deficient in magnesium. This stuff helps in so many ways and a container lasts a long time. I only take about a tsp 2-3 times a week. I highly recommend it!

Fantastic supplement for students
I take 2g every morning and 2g every night; never felt better. As a college student with two internships and a full-time course load, Natural Calm is what I needed to keep me sane. I've also noticed that on the days I miss a dose I definitely feel a difference, but I'm not reliant on Natural Calm.
