Best no sodium protein powder for workout recovery
This is my favorite protein powder! I've used several different brands over the years and this powder is the best mixing powder I have ever used. That being said I always put 16oz of water in my helimix shaker and then the powder. I then shake it for approximately 30 seconds and let it sit for a minute so the foam can subside before adding a shaker lid of ice and shaking a second time. This results in a smooth clump free protein drink every time. I originally purchased this product because it didn't have any sodium in it. Both flavors are amazing. I use this as a recovery powder. I don't use it too try and bulk up at all but will useing this I've been able to lose 85lbs in the past 8 months. The protein powder might not have caused the weight lose but it did allow me to recover from my workouts and keep up with them daily.

An easy to digest protein drink
Finally a protein drink that goes down easily, unlike the milky-thick protein drinks on the market today. The strawberry lemonade drink tastes just like lemonade. It not only supplies one with 25g of protein (much like other protein drinks), but has zero sodium and only 5mg of cholesterol.

Think of what you want to quench your thirst after a workout: a thick, frappe-like drink or a glass of cool refreshing lemonade.
