Helps with cramps.
For the last three years, I get severe cramps in my legs, usually at night when I'm sleeping. A friend recommended taking mineral supplements. He recommended Solaray. For the past year, I've been taking Solaray potassium, magnesium, and calcium citrate at night before going to bed. I rarely get cramps any more. I like Solaray because their vitamins are superior to most other brands, absorb great, and, although a little costly, they are worth the extra cost.

Very satisfied
Our family uses this to control mucus from allergies . My husband uses this to stop pain in his hand from nerve damage. If he doesn't take it ,the sharp pains come back. It completely helps in controlling colds. We've used this for 8 yrs. We see results. That matters to us. Also one viewer said it didn't list all the ingredients...that's bogus! The bottle never stated it didn't contain soy & yes it states maltodextrin. I don't like these are in here, and hope they remove them, but the product works for us.

Solaray is Awesome !
The Magnesium and potassium Asporotates with Bromelain is an excellent Product. This will increase your energy and keep the colds and sniffles away. If you feel you lack energy, this is one product that our family enjoy's using to bring quick relief. We have used Solary's products for 10 yrs. We also have recommended them to our family and friends; who also have enjoyed them. No complaint's from them or us. Keep it up Solaray ! Vald. Ga.
