Best Answer:  I am not an expert but I take 2 taps (1 serving ) a day regularly and then two servings a day when I feel my body is fighting off a cold. Like when in feel my throat is a little scratchy or sore

Best Answer:  According to the label, it only contains elderberry, vegetable glycerin, and deionized water. It is definitely not sweet, that is why I buy it .
