Try taking folic acid, b complex twice a day or morning and night and multi vitamin twice a day as well. Much energy and should help change gray hair within sixty days hair completely replenishes i believe.

  Hello Maxim, Yes this would be great for your symptoms with C.O.P.D. Black seed oil promotes anti-inflation. Right now your air are inflamed. To help that I would boil water and 2 tablespoons of black seed oil cinnamon stick or powder and honey to taste... hope this helps. Be well.

I've read the ONLY black seed oil to get contains Nigella Sativa. Anything else is just fakery and camped on to the vitamin craze that grips the US. Please advise?
