I’m sure Vitamin Shoppe is very conscientious about refrigerating the products. What gives me pause is  the delivery of these items. How can I be sure they were refrigerated when they were delivered?  Thank you

Best Answer:  All the options we offer online would be formulated to be shelf-stable and can be shipped normally. We do not offer a cold pack shipping option. Supplements that would require constant refrigeration and are not deemed shelf-stable would only be available in-store for purchase. During warmer months, we recommend purchasing temperature sensitive items with buy online pickup in-store or scheduling to be home for delivery of the item, so it is not left outside for extended periods of time.
