Pure energy
Shocked at the energy that this gave me. Stimulants don't give me energy but this did.Make sure to pair with Berberine to reduce the dementia risk.

Usually good, but recent container smells TERRIBLE.
I've been using this for years but my last container smells. . . . Bad. I checked the expiration date and it seems fine, doesn't expire for a year. It's been stored inside my air conditioned home in a dark cupboard, lid on securely.

Anyone else notice a bad smell in theirs? I'm baffled by it.

Notice no difference so far.
I was hoping to get a bit of an up-kick in energy, but I'm almost done with it and it hasn't helped. I have ME/CFS and have heard that it's effect on Mitochondria can help with exhaustion. Disappointed, but will finish this container.

Ribose review
I have been taking ribose powder for several years and was very happy when Vitamin Shop began to sell it. However, I can’t say that I am able to notice a difference due to the fact that I’ve been taking it regularly.

Love this product
I suffer from fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis and for years have suffered from muscle fatigue. Sometimes it is so severe it is difficult to walk. I started using d-ribose upon the suggestion of a fibromyalgia website. I figured I had nothing to lose and it was getting harder to walk by the day. I started using this product and immediately noticed improvement on my muscle fatigue. I can walk distances that used to be impossible. A few weeks ago I lost my canister of this product and I noticed my fatigue returned quickly, I made it back to the store to get a new canister of the product and started taking immediately wow what a difference it has made.

Very Important Supplement for me
Pros: Easy to mix and take, wide mouth bottle, taste is ok, and it Works!

Cons: The only con for me is trying to fit this cost into a small retirement budget, because I really need it.

I have copd with emphysema and in the last few years my leg muscles have been getting very weak, due they tell me to lack of oxygen getting to the muscles. After two falls I started using a cane. I also get extremely fatiged more and more easily, not keeping up with necessities. Someone at my local Vitamin Shoppe recommended this product and I checked with my Dr who is very holistic and she approved. It was an amazing improvement from the first dose. I mix it in my morning juice and use just one dose per day, due to cost, and have improved greatly, especially my legs, but I think with two doses per day I could be back almost to normal. I also find that I wake up more rested, a great improvement from waking up still tired, and am only using the cane occasionally now.

Tried the pills, but this works just as well and is considerably cheaper. I put a teaspoon on my cereal in the morning. Smells funny, but has no taste.

I take this product daily , in the morning with breakfast. However by 2:30 in the afternoon , I get very sleep and "run out of gas". Should I change when I take this from the morning to the afternoon or should I take another doesage?
