Can I give 1/2 tsp to my kids (3 and 5) or should I buy the one for kids?  Would rather buy just one bottle for the family.

Best Answer:  I have not read any information stating that there is an age restriction for ingesting fish oil.
I ate cold water fish as a child with no adverse affect.
I would use the lemon flavored version. It tastes good and if you belch later on, the only taste is the lemon flavor.
