This one works for me
So happy with this tiny sublingual, quick dissolve under my tongue.I have a great need for b12 and it has helped a lot.I thought it would depend on the form.this one is awesome ??

Highly recommended!
Love the fact that they are very small vitamins. I hate the horse size vitamins. They are chewable and provide the daily intake that I need. Also, has a great taste.

Hopefully these are what I want
Worried. I ordered these online and I’m wondering if I’m going to get what I want. The bottle says sublingual and that is what I need. But the directions about the product say to chew one at meal time. I hope this just means chew it and then dissolve the chewed piece under the tongue. My body does not absorb the kind of B 12 that is supposed to be swallowed. I don’t have a stomach.

Sublingual B12 1000mcg
Don't let "nuggets" sway you. These are tiny subligual tablets that dissolve quickly and thoroughly. Stick it under your tongue, check your email and done.

Best Answer:  It's a very small tablet that dissolves relatively quick. Best sublingually (under the tongue) for optimal absorption.

Best Answer:  Not really. Many of the foods that we eat today lack many vitamin nutrients. B-12 is a good all around supplement.
