I have used this specific product for over 30 years. It was and will always be the only multivitamin I have ever taken that really does make me feel better and have more energy. It's amazing and high quality, I'm very picky about quality and a product showing me results. The ingredients are impressive and the amounts are well balanced. It does contain more of some vitamins than typical multis so take a look at the ingredients list! I have never had any kind of adverse reaction or complaint and when I don't take it, I can tell I don't feel as good. I do take extra Vitamin D. My doctor is happy with my bloodwork.
I will tell you the only slight negative. This vitamin comes in regular tablets which is 3 per day, and mini tabs where you need to take 6 a day. This vitamin is not a "one pill a day". (You can take all 3/6 at once or divide it up). The regular size tablets are HUGE. Don't get them if you have issues swallowing pills. The minitabs are about average, they are a fine size for me. 6 is a lot- I tend to divide them up throughout the day but occasionally will take the full dose of 6. They make your pee very yellow, most vitamins do. And these are not capsules, they are hard solid tablets. Definitely get the minitabs. And after reading the label, they contain so much that depending on what you are trying to achieve, you could take less than the labelled 6 per day, 2 mini tabs equals one regular tab, and that is still a decent supplement. I like to take the full label amount daily because of how much better I feel on it, with more energy and I get sick less. I feel it helps what my diet is lacking. I eat well and still there is no way that what I eat contains optimal nutrition.
I highly recommend this vitamin, unless you have issues swallowing pills.
