. It?s a great vitamin that I recommend to people all the time.
It?s a great product for a person such as myself with lots of food allergies. I?ve never felt nauseated or sick after taking these pills. It?s always a hit or miss with some vitamins it?s a mess you know right away. But these are a hit. On days that I run out I can tell right away that my energy is not where it should be. Please always keep them in stock and it?s a great product thank you.

I will continue to buy them.
Some have said that the pill is to large and I agree, but if you look at the pill you will see a line down the middle. I cut it in half and it is much easier to swallow. That line is put there to be cut in half. I so love how I feel with them. I will continue to take them.

Considering the daily amount is three - these were FAR too large to take at one time. Even spacing them out - the large pill was difficult to swallow. I won't be purchasing these again

Just feel better
I am 52 years old, diabetic, female and obese. I'm also in the process of losing a lot of weight (55 lbs so far!). I've been taking these vitamins for most of the time I've been losing weight (about 4 months). After taking these for 4 months, I just feel better generally and I have a lot more energy. Friends tell me that my skin is clearing up, too (I have issues with rosacea, etc.). I gave this vitamin a "4 start" review, but only because I can't get everything I need from it. And, because I have to take 3 of these horse pills daily. Hard to fit them into my pill box that I carry with me throughout the day. Otherwise, it's a great multivitamin / multi mineral tablet that gives me most of what I need. I really like that it contains whole food nutrients in it, too. I will continue to purchase these, and I would suggest them to a friend. (Manufacturers - can you get all this in ONE pill? - Pretty please?). Thanks!

Not Tasty, But Works
Since the tablets are long and grainy they can be a bit tough to swallow, so I break them in half (very easy to do) before taking them. They have a decent set of ingredients though and I like them.

Unexpected AMAZING side effects
Aside from normalizing my energy levels (I normally border on feeling narcoleptic), these bad boys gave me something else to get excited about.
I NO LONGER NEED ALLERGY MEDS.
Yes, seriously!! And for those of you who are like me with severe, year round environmental allergies, you know how big a deal that is. I am no scientist, so I couldn't begin to determine what the connection is. All I know is I can breathe and I'm not taking icky pharmaceuticals to do it. :))
Perhaps researchers should start studying the correlation between allergies and vitamin deficiencies, hmmm?

Love it!
This product has all of the vitamin and minerals that I was looking for to keep energy throughout the day. I have tried other vitamins, even pharmaceutical vitamins and find that this vitamin is the best. Good for those of us who are beginning to experience perimenopause. Must take with food.

Can you take all 3 vitamins at once?

Currently I take Synthroid (levothyroxine) which is a replacement for a hormone normally produced by my thyroid gland.
My everyday dosage is 137 mcg. The question is: is it OK for me to take this vitamin on a regular base if these tablets include 150mcg of JO3- per each?
