Source of Life Multi-Vit No Iron
I've tried "several" different multi-vits over 3-decades. Source of Life with No Iron is without a doubt the most effective multi-vit I've ever taken. You can tell the minute you open the bottle that you're not getting a bottle full of "chemical vitamins" by the smell. Source of life uses natural ingredients in their vitamins which assimilate into your body quickly giving you the greatest benefit of the vitamin. Great Product. I wouldn't use any other multi-vit but this.

  Hello, No you really don’t. My usual routine in the morning was to take w/ my first cup of coffee. (No food/breakfast til later.) Never really thought about it. And I never had any type of stomach upset. Love these vitamins. Hope this helps. L

  Kind of person dependent, but like with most supplements it's generally a good idea not to take on an empty stomach. These are not meal replacements.
