Barbara L: It's not that big but might be intimidating for a small child if not used to taking pills. When I was a kid I used to claim I could not swallow a pill and then my Mom fed me a marshmallow which I swallowed involuntarily without chewing. She then offered me the pill and a glass of water again andi I took it without a problem.

Allison W: The pill is a little over 1/2 inch long (about the same as the diameter of a dime). Width is skinnier - about the same as my pinky fingernail width. Definitely smaller than your typical multivitamin. I would think a 10 yr old could handle it b Mar 18, 2013

Audrey S: I have a problem with pills that are too big, but I don't have a problem with this particular one. I don't think they're too big, just a normal softgel size. I think they go down very easily. Mar 18, 2013

Christina P: It's a half inch, football shaped softgel. smooth and easier to swallow than a dry pill would be. Hope this helps. Mar 18, 2013

brent f: Jell cap is about the size of a small jelly bean. I don't see a issue with a 10 year old being able to swallow. Mar 19, 2013
