Great Ovarian Support supplement
I normally purchase through Vitamin Shoppe and get my items shipped from Codeage. I've been using this brand of inositol with CoQ10 since June. I was taking Ubiquinol by itself over a year previously. My AMH in 4/2024 was 1.61, 9/2025 it is 2.13. I take other supplements and herbs so I can't single this product out as the successor but it is clearly working for its intended purpose being added to the regimen. Will continue to buy and I like the folate is added in.

CONTROLLED MY FASTING BLOOD SUGARS
I am so impressed with this brand of supplements! I am pre-diabetic and their GLP advantage supplement immediately got my blood sugars under control, except for my fasting sugars were still slightly elevated. I did a lot of research and found that myo-inositol helps with fasting sugars. I chose this brand again since I had a great experience with their other products, and just as I had hoped? controlled fasting sugars within a week! I cannot recommend this brand and supplement enough!

Pain-Free and Grateful
Due to severe pain & other concerns, I have been closely monitored by my doctor since last September. Since adding Liposomal Ovarian Inositol+ all symptoms have ameliorated; I am pain free, and my last ultrasound was unremarkable. It has been such a relief to me in so many ways and I am grateful!

PCOS-My Cycle has returned!
I'm 31 and was diagnosed with PCOS 12 years ago. It's been over 2 years without a period. After doing some research I decided I could benefit from inositol. Just TWO DAYS of taking it and my period has started back up. I'm thrilled. I would like to add that I also take the fermented multivitamins & the methylfolate b complex+ from Codeage along with this and only 2 capsules of inositol per day. Don't walk, RUN, and buy it!

Wow wow so, this really has helped me. I know I probably have PCOS ( due to some facial hair). My menstrual cycle was extremely heavy, a lot of cramps after I stopped taking my birth control. And when I mean 180 change I mean it! The cycle has been cut in half, not heavy like it was, and my facial hair growth has slowed down! In love with this

Reduces hot flashes

Helps with Perimenopause hormone balance.
Since starting into perimenopause I've been trying to find supplements that will help balance my hormones with taking actual hormone replacement therapy . This myo inositol supplement, made with Wild Blueberry and Pomegranate extracts, is known for its antioxidant properties. I like that it supports hormonal balance and overall health and well-being.

Helps with hot flashes
I recently started taking this and I've noticed a reduction in hot flashes. I also appreciate the CoQ10 in the supplement. I look forward to seeing the long-term improvements from taking these capsules.
