How much EPA and DHA is in every pill?

How large is this pill? I've tried another brand and it was so large ( 1 in. long and .5 in. wide) that it literally got stuck in my throat. This sounds like a wonderful product, but I want to be sure that I can swallow it.

Best Answer:  Sherry, this capsule is 1 " long and 3/8" wide. It is shiny, so has a somewhat slippery texture. I drink water first so my throat isn't dry before I take the capsule, and then water afterwards. It is very dark brown, almost black. I have used it for years, and doubt that I will ever try another Omega 3 product as I love it so much.

Best Answer:  If your a Vegetarian think of it this way. Do you eat anything that will clog your arteries ? We do need things to keep our heart = arteries in good shape So I'd say YES as a vegan I'd take it ..

Best Answer:  Children should use vitamins made specifically for kids. These are potent. Coq10 should not be given to children either.
