I really wanted this vitamin to work for me
I really wanted this vitamin to work for me. As a vegan, this was a perfect supplement for me. However, this caused many aches and pains where I never had any, especially in my arms at night. It also caused insomnia. The reason why I know this is I finally stopped taking it and slept like a baby with no pain. Also, although I didn't have any nausea, my stomach was acting up. I have never had probiotics before, so maybe this is the cause? Or the reason could be as simple as I eat very healthy so I may be already getting all I need, and the vitamin was too much. As far as ease of use, I broke it and put it in my smoothie every morning.

Having just begun the RAW ONE for Woman - I hesitate to offer an opinion ... except to say that I have been consistently impressed with Garden of Life and am sure this product will not disappoint.

Best Answer:  It is not chewable. It is a capsule and is very easy to swallow. You can also open the capsule and add the vitamin to a glass of Juice.
