My Vitamins
I took a long time to find the right vitamin formula for me. This one really has everything I want. I?m glad I put it on auto-delivery so I can be consistent with it. Unfortunately, I just found out that it?s out of stock. I hope it will come in soon.

I already take vitamin d3 2000 UI and am concerned that the extra vitamin D would not be good for me, and that it may be vitamin d2 instead of d3. I also have a hard time with magnesium, it seems to lower my blood pressure too much, but I need it for the vitamin d3 I take but need a really low dose, but just taking 2 of these vitamins would only give me about 22mg, I was hoping for about 45mg. Do you think that these would still be good for me if I only took 2 a day? Also, I have hashimoto's, could I take them at night before I go to bed as I take my thyroid medicine in the mornings.

Best Answer:  You have too many questions and concerns for amateurs to answer. Take the information about the vitamin to your health care provider and get a professional's recommendation. You may be able to still take the 4 capsules of Vitamin Code and an additional Vit D3 of appropriate dosage.

I am allergic to shellfish. I see it says "Ocean Derived Trace Minerals" but not sure what that means. Am I safe taking this Vitamin? Thanks.

4 capsules is the serving size? Why so many? I'm trying to simply with a multi and less pills to swallow plus I travel a lot, this is too many capsules to deal with per day.
