The CREAM in ice cream- It's a hitter
You want cream in the "ice cream?" This is the one. Fine as a stand alone, but if you are the add fruit type person this is the one You want. So good. Add banana for creamy banana or strawberry etc. Coffee would rock so hard and a bit of stevia.LUV. there is fake sugar in this one, but I don't care.

Flavor, not what it use to be
I use to enjoy the flavor however, the I noticed the taste of the Vanilla Ice Cream took a turn for the worst with my recent order. I will not be buying this brand again.

My go to Whey product. Great taste, blends well in post work out smoothies. I try to pruchase it when it's on sale, can be kinda pricey. Gets you the protein your body needs after a workout or as a meal replacement.

Best Answer:  It may be the flavor of the powder. While the carbs are very low, there are still a few in this product. Also, you may not be adding enough fluid adequate for the amount of protein added.

Best Answer:  This will help you recover from your workout and build muscle. Drink it after your workout. Depending on how fat you are and how hard you workout, it may be better not to have this and just have a normal meal. This is a protein supplement, not a fat burner.
