Been taking this casein for a few years (took a break going into college) and it does the job. I've seen muscle gain and weight loss consistently while taking it. It's a little hard to get down when you start but that's the norm with these powders. Tastes solid enough too.

Weird consistency, even more weird taste
IDK how this casein keeps getting such high reviews. Compared to Kaged Muscle (Vanilla) this is garbage. The flavor is just awful. It’s like an artificial vanilla almond? Also, the consistency in the of it (before mixing) is very fine; to ONs whey & and hydro-whey (which I use and enjoy). I’ve not had a problem getting it to mix. Either shake more or don’t use ice cold water! Add ice after it’s mixed....

Casein protein powder’s ability to clump up is useful for more than just slow digestion. When the proteins in casein form a clump in the stomach, they keep you feeling full for a longer time. Since that casein powder clump takes up space in the stomach, those hunger signals will be delayed.

I would’t recommend this stuff. I you enjoy it, cool. Different strokes for different folks

I have tried all kind & brands of supplements. And all casein proteins are hard to swallow and this ine is not the exception, Not for "beginners"... but other than that, this is one of the best casein protein that you can buy
