Been taking this casein for a few years (took a break going into college) and it does the job. I've seen muscle gain and weight loss consistently while taking it. It's a little hard to get down when you start but that's the norm with these powders. Tastes solid enough too.

Weird consistency, even more weird taste
IDK how this casein keeps getting such high reviews. Compared to Kaged Muscle (Vanilla) this is garbage. The flavor is just awful. It’s like an artificial vanilla almond? Also, the consistency in the of it (before mixing) is very fine; to ONs whey & and hydro-whey (which I use and enjoy). I’ve not had a problem getting it to mix.
