Prefer tablets! The capsules of these orange type of vitamins are always dirty, like one has broken open, which I end up getting on my clothes. Have had same problem with the turmeric, when I told an associate he actually opened a brand new bottle to find the same problem I was complaining about

If you can swallow them..
These things are ENORMOUS!!! Very difficult for me to swallow. Which makes me not want to take them. They have a really weird smell too. However I do like the high dose in one capsule.

  There is nothing on the labeling that indicates it is time-release . I have been using this product for several years and have not had any problems . I take 2 caps twice a day after a meal . hope this helps
