Better quality sleep
I?ve always had vivid dreams but a career change & a traumatic event left me almost dreamless. Occasionally, I also have stretches of nights that I can?t stay asleep. I started taking melatonin on doctors recommendation because I?m taking high amounts of Vitamin D to correct a deficiency. From the very first night I started taking this, my dreams returned to their ?natural? state & the quality of my sleep is better. I may increase my dosage but it?ll definitely stick with this brand & the sustained release.

Melatonin Sustained Release 3mg.
I have tried 3 different brands of melatonin, each 3 mg dose. This was has really worked for me! I get a good 7 hrs of sleep and if I awaken in the night to use the restroom I am able to get back to sleep!

Really works.
I've been taking these melatonin tablets for several weeks. I'm a night owl, but my husband isn't so I need to go to bed earlier (helps him sleep better when I'm there :-). I find these tablets help me start to feel drowsy about a half hour after I take them AND once I go to bed they help me stay asleep instead of waking up at 2 or 3 a.m.

Best Answer:  No, it is not dissolvable. The sustained release Melatonin is a pill that has to be swallowed whole.
