Great for better sleep
I use Melatonin to help me go to sleep and this sustained release formula helps me stay asleep all night long and even fall back to sleep if I have to get up in the middle of the night for any reason. I've been using this brand for a few years now and I swear by it.

Better quality sleep
I?ve always had vivid dreams but a career change & a traumatic event left me almost dreamless. Occasionally, I also have stretches of nights that I can?t stay asleep. I started taking melatonin on doctors recommendation because I?m taking high amounts of Vitamin D to correct a deficiency. From the very first night I started taking this, my dreams returned to their ?natural? state & the quality of my sleep is better. I may increase my dosage but it?ll definitely stick with this brand & the sustained release.

Melatonin Sustained Release 3mg.
I have tried 3 different brands of melatonin, each 3 mg dose. This was has really worked for me! I get a good 7 hrs of sleep and if I awaken in the night to use the restroom I am able to get back to sleep!

Sustained release is good, but takes very long to start
Sustained release is good, but takes very long to start. Compared to regular melatonin 3 mg tablets, which take about 15-30 minutes to work, these sustained release tablets take about 1-1.5 hours to work, but do keep me asleep for at least 5 hours.

How many hours does the sustained release get released over?

  I don't know Lynn. I ordered this product several weeks ago and still have not received it. I called and they sent out another order a week ago and I have not received that one either!

  My guess would be in 8 hours, I take mine at 9 or 10 pm depending on when I need to get up, but everyone is different, this one of the most natural things you can take

  O can't say that it's the same every night but this works the best for my husband and myself. If we don't use it we both are awake around 2 and can't sleep but I usually wake up around 4 because of having to use the bathroom. We go to bed at 9 so it lasts pretty long
