I take two gel tablets every morning if I have any pain in my legs at night I take two more. The night pain is rare. For awhile I had such bad arthritis in my spine that it was hard to get out of bed and walk. finally when i could do that it was still hard to get in the car and drive 30 mi to work every morning. Getting up from my desk after I sat for any length of time was miserable. The drs just told me I had Osteoarthritis and all they could suggest was that I go on Prednisone . That wasn't acceptable to me; I couldn't afford to gain weight and have a moon face. I took fish oil years ago the generic brand and it didn't help. When I finally decided to go to a health store to buy my vitamins that is when I saw the label and liked the product information and started on the Nordic brand. That was over three years ago. My arthritis is very manageable now and the friends I've known with similar issues have also started using the Nordic fish oil and have had good results and like me consider this like a daily vitamin. Love the product!

Nordic Naturals consistently provides a fish oil tablet that goes down easy without the fish smell or after taste. When I have run out I try other brands to fill in until my order arrives and YUK! How anyone can swallow other brands I do not know.

I started using this product 2 years ago as recommended by my physician. It works amazing at keeping my joints moving smoothly without the old "sounds" I used to experience. There is absolutely no after-taste and the gel capsules are easy to swallow. Great value pricing here too! I tried various Omega 3 gel caps and always wondered how I could be sure I was getting quality and exactly what the package indicated. I phoned into a talk show 3-4 years ago on Sirius Radio and talked to Dr. Andrew Weil, asking him could he recommend an Omega 3 product that I could trust. He mentioned 3 supplement manufacturers that he believed offered excellent & consistent quality, and Nordic Naturals was one of them. It was good to get that kind of assurance from an expert like him. I have been taking this product ever since. Twice, however, I have found that the pills had a slightly fishy smell/taste. Because both times occurred in the summer months, I suspect the pills became rancid in my cupboard and have since stored them in the refrigerator in the summer with no further problems. I highly recommend this product.

only omega 3 fish oil pills i will ever use from now one. i tried many others but always get a nasty fishy burp. never burped after these and they have a slight lemon taste. a bit more expensive, but you get what you pay for!
