Great quality
I really like Nordic Naturals omega 3 supplement. It doesn't give any bad aftertaste and it's third party tested for quality and safety.

Omega fish oil hits all the good things to have
Fish oil was suggested to me (along with tryptophan) to help with my insomnia which has gotten worse as I have been keto for 2 years. This makes me burp but it is lemony tasting and only happens rarely. This brand hits all the good things to have in it. The combo helps me sleep.

No Fish Burps!
I picked this up on a recommendation from a Vitamin Shoppe employee. I really did not want to experience the nasty fishy tasting burps that I've heard about. I was not disappointed after taking this product. I am taking them along with Vitamin Shoppe's CLA supplement and its working wonders in shedding my excess belly fat. Great product.
