Happy with my purchase
This is my first time taking fish oil and I do have to say that I feel a physical and mental improvement since I've been taking them. I don't ever have any "fishy taste or burps" as I have heard of with other pills. I bought the pills at the store and I will continue taking them.

It is controlling my inflamation. I take 2daily, 1 at morning meal and the other at dinner.Its important for me not for it to be derived from shell fish. I experienced gout in my big toe. With the help of a daily low-dosage aspirin, caused this.It went away, a fluke. Iam so gratefull. Gout is terrible. These soft gells do not burp up or smell fishy. Large in size but shaped to slip down the throat easily.A hint of lemon is detected and its pleasant.I have no problem.Along with condroitin sulfate, biocell collagen,msm,magnesium,grape seed reseratrol, vit. D3,alpha lipoic acid,yucca and gelatin works for me. Nordic naturals are third party tested a plus. You can optain stronger mg from an health partishioner or alternative natural health doctors, arthritis focus clinics-introduced me to this brand 2 years ago.Thanks to the fact that they only use the omega threes. The best for my condition. Acupuncture is included 4-2x a month.
