Great Shake
I love these shakes. They actually make me feel full. The Salted Caramel has started to have chunks in it when you get to the bottom. Kind of disappointing since that flavor is my favorite. Chocolate and Vanilla don't have that issue.

I need to only add protein to my diet. I'm a runner and have a pancake butt so I need more protein will this help for that? I DO NOT want to gain any weight just add protein.

Best Answer:  This product has a relatively small amount of fat (9 g) and net carbs (4 g) per serving. If you are looking for a protein-only supplement, check out Isopure Zero Carb, available both as a powder or as a ready-to-drink liquid.Whether you will gain any weight or not by adding "Lean Body" to your diet is dependent on your overall nutritional and exercise plan.

  The three letters RTD stand for "Ready to Drink", as in no mixing or added ingredients needed. It stands alone. Drink it straight from the carton after cooling and shaking. Hope this answer helps. Don't know why the producer makes it so mysterious.

Do these expire? Do they need to be kept in the refrigerator?

  yes, fridge. Not sure about expiration.

  Hi Yes they do expire and you usually have up to a year expiration when you purchase them. They don't have to be refrigerated unless you open it and don't finish. They can be kept in their box or cabinets but be careful with high temperatures as sometimes it can cause it to spoil.

  I keep the 3 to 5 cases overstock in the pantry and refrigerate 1case at a time for my use. Each shake has the freshness date on it. I have been using them for almost 5 years.

  I've seen them in the stores without refrigeration. And yes, they do expire. I checked the ones I bought from VS and they usually have a year before expiration

  I'm sure they're an expiration date as everything has one nowadays. I don't believe they need to be refrigerated but taste 100 times better if they are.

  Each container has a "Best By" date on the top. They don't need to be stored in a refrigerator but I find they taste best if they are consumed cold.
