Customers review summary

The Lean Body ready-to-drink protein shakes impress customers with milkshake-like taste and a variety of popular flavors including banana, salted caramel, and cookies and cream while delivering 40g of protein per bottle. Many enjoy the convenience for on-the-go meals, post-workout recovery, or as a meal replacement and appreciate the low sugar and stomach-friendly formula. A minority report texture issues like clumps or an overly sweet artificial aftertaste, yet most say the shakes are satisfying and effective for protein needs.

Cafe Mocha & Salted Caramel lean body protein shake
I bought the cafe mocha and salted caramel to try out. The salted caramel was great, no issues. The cafe mocha on the other hand had a gelatin like buildup on the bottom that wouldn't mix in no matter how hard i shook the carton. It was nasty and i wouldnt recommend.

If you like chocolate milkshakes, you would like this. I like to put mine in the freezer just long enough to get slushy. Oh my goodness so good.

would this product be good for a female, age 75 , weight 150, 5'4" TO HELP LOSE WEIGHT?
p. k

I used this product before my lap band procedure. It was one of the ones the doctor recommended. I like the chocolate flavor the best but I am not a fan of vanilla or cookies and creme. The strawberry is ok. Because of the high protein it does have a bit of the gritty texture but if I drank it cold and shook it really well, I didn't notice it. Overall it is a good meal replacement product. The 40 grams of protein kept me feeling full. Try it to see how you like it. Unfortunately that is the only way to know for sure.

MICHELLE P

I think if u just used it to replace a meal it would be helpful. I did 6 meals a day and would drink half of one twice a day. The lean body combined with some light exercise will definitly help. Eat as many vegtable as you want but limit grains, breads, and meat.

Alisha w

I do not know if it matters if one is male or female.I use it to get protein without sugar but I am not trying to lose weight, just to eat healthy.I like the chocolate and the strawberry flavors.Sorry but that is all I know about it.

Barry R

I have used it as a high protein meal replacement and have lost or managed my weight as I find it a good option to eating late in the evening or on the run.

Ana C

It's very filling. You may want to have half a container instead of a full one. But yes, it will help you.

Roxana F

this is. Not endorsed product for weight loss
