This feel-good formula features 5-hydroxytryptophan—which gets converted into serotonin in the brain, and vitamin B6—which is required for making neurotransmitters like serotonin.

Directions

Take one (1) capsule up to twice daily, preferably with meals.

Do not use this product if you are pregnant or nursing or taking any antidepressant medications such as selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRI's), tricyclic antidepressants or monamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOI).
