Great product
I prefer this brand over others. It is pricey but worth it. I took another brand for a while but switched back to this brand because I felt more energized taking it as compared to the competitor. I highly recommend.

It helps before you know it
I took this for better immune support. While I was taking this AHCC for couple years, didn't feel much different until I came off couple months ago. Then I have been catching cold and flu for several times already? I think that AHCC did help with my immune system before I knew it?

They work!
I had HPV and abnormal pap smears since 2021. After taking this supplement for 6 months, which my doctor told me about these supplements. My Pap smear came back normal, and no HPV was detected! I took 2 capsules first thing in the morning and 2 capsules at lunch and two at dinner time most days all doses on an empty stomach. I might have taken more then I needed to, but I really wanted this to clear up. I will probably keep taking them for the other benefits they might provide but not as many since they are expensive but well worth my health.
