Directions

Aloe Vera works great for my constipation

Why did you choose this?
Does this use aloe gel or aloe latex? After doing some research, it sounds like aloe gel is pretty safe, but aloe latex can cause a number of problems.
These are capsules. I believe they use leaf extract.
I don't know about Aloe gel or aloe latex. My wife takes Aloe Vera (470 mg) in capsule (Herbal) form and she says it's very helpful to her and when her medicine gets low, she orders more. The capsules have a powder inside each capsule, so I don't know if that helps you or not.

what is the shelf life?
Best Answer: I took the pill & always used it up & then reordered. I never looked to see if it was outdated.
Why does it say "Not for long term use." on it?
Because if you have an issue, you should see your doctor. If you have already seen your doctor, then you can take it for a long-term.
I have been using this product for many years for my digestive issues. I am well beyond "long term use"
