      Customers review summary
This is an AI generated summary of reviews and may include incentivized reviews. This summary pulls themes from recent reviews and may not reflect every individual experience.

The Ester C vitamin supplement appeals to customers for its gentle, stomach friendly formula and steady immune support. Its slow release action, added citrus bioflavonoids, and capsule option are appreciated for reducing digestive irritation and easing colds, sinus congestion, and skin blemishes. A handful of customers note the tablets can be very large and difficult to swallow, yet most still say it reliably supports immune health without upsetting the stomach.

Don't know who or what could swallow the tablets.
We unknowingly purchased tablets instead of capsules. I normally have no trouble swallowing vitamins, but the tablets are almost impossible to swallow. They are extremely large and do not get slippery even if you suck on them. They are a very chalky texture. I tried cutting one in half. It was easy to cut, but the rough edges from cutting made it painful to swallow. We have purchased Ester-C capsules and have been pleased with them, but the 1000 MG TABLETS should not even be on the market.

      What Works !!
I have been buying Vitamin C -- Ester-C from the Vitamin Shop for 20 years. The Vitamin Shop is always my first go to store and when I can't get to the store I order what I need. If I feel a cold coming on I'll take an Ester-C and I'll knock it out of my system.

      Hands down the best C
I've been taking this product for more years than I can remember and I can testify to its effectiveness.
I prefer capsules over tablets because they absorb than tablets.
I also prefer Vitamin Shoppe because of their prices and service.
I've been a customer for many, many years and will continue for many more years.
