Essential amino acids (EAAs) are amino acids that your body can’t produce enough of on its own, including leucine, isoleucine, valine, histidine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, and tryptophan. EAAs support muscle growth and recovery.

What are micronized free-form amino acids?

Micronized free-form amino acids are single amino acids that are already in a pre-digested form for faster absorption by the body.

Why is nitric oxide important?

Nitric oxide plays a key role in exercise endurance because it’s a vasodilator. A vasodilator is a substance that supports the dilation of blood vessels for increased blood flow.

Directions

Mix 2 scoops (9g) of Essential Amino Energy in 10-12 fl oz of cold water. For 30 seconds, mix until dissolved.

Not for use by those under the age of 18, women who are pregnant, trying to get pregnant, or are nursing, or those who are sensitive to caffeine or beta-alanine. Do not consume caffeine from other sources while taking this product as too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness, and occasionally rapid heartbeat. Beta-alanine may cause a harmless, temporary tingling or flushing sensation. Do not combine with alcohol. Do not exceed 6 scoops within any 4 hour period or 8 scoops within any 24 hour period. Consume as part of a healthy diet and exercise program and drink at least 100 fl oz of water per day. exercise may increase your need for fluid intake. To maximize freshness and minimize product clumping, store tightly-closed container in a cool, dry place. Keep container closed when not in use. Close container tightly after each use.

Ehh......

Even when I use the maximum recommended dose along with two cups of coffee, I just don't get the energy boost I have gotten from other products. Does it really contain the ingredients and/or the amount it claims? I gave it two stars hoping that I am still getting some benefit from the aminos.

IT WORKS!

This pre work out will give you energy, limit fatigue, strengthen muscles, increase focus, enhances overall performance. As the reviewer before me stated, it taste just like Firecracker Pops or Bomb Pops.

Love this flavor. Reminds me of the Bomb Pop popsicle. The red white and blue one. I wish this was sold in stores. My favs are this one, Grape, and Cotton Candy. They give me the right amount of energy. I typically use this just for a pick me up after meals vs. working out. This my "coffee" since I'm not a coffee drinker.
