About 2 scoops essential Amin.o. Energy. 10-12 fl oz cold water. 30 seconds mix until dissolved.

Beta-alanine may cause a harmless, temporary tingling or flushing sensation. Do not combine with alcohol. Do not exceed 6 scoops within any 4 hour period or 10 scoops within any 24 hour period. Consume as part of a healthy diet and exercise program, and drink at least 100 fl oz of water per day. Exercise may increase your need for fluid intake. To maximize freshness and minimize product clumping, store tightly-closed container in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep container closed when not in use. New flavor, same great product. My favorite was the fruit fusion, until I tried this one. OMG!!! Tropical Sunrise is the best flavor so far. 10 out of 10.

Same ingredients new great flavor.

They all have the same ingredients pretty much but this one is the best flavor. I have tried about 4 other flavors and this one is the best. It taste like melon/mango. It is also one of the better pre workouts because you can measure according to your needs.
