Early morning relief
This product is helpful at anytime of the day or night but I rely on it most often in the morning. I keep it at my bedside and reach for it before I try to sit up and walk. The decrease in stiffness and pain in my knees at that time is wonderful.

Most helpful when a storm is approaching
I take it for arthritis pain in addition to Ibuprofen and get better relief than either taken alone. If a storm is approaching I find the arnicare is better.than the Ibuprofen.

Very Handy!
When you dont want to feel like a hard rock after surgery due to swelling this is your trusted friend no side affects and can be taken with your pain meds as a boost it does say non drowsy but i did find myself getting rather sleepy after popping two of them other then that money well spent!

Homeopathic arnica based products are pretty darn good!

Why always a base of lactose?
Why are all of these products, as well as other brands, always in a base of lactose? Couldn't another sugar be used? I can never give my son alternative medicines because he is deathly allergic to all milk derivatives. In addition, even people who are very lactose intolerant (myself) can have a lot of discomfort when using ! We miss out on so many benefits! This product was recommended for a painful condition but we won't be able to use it. Sad.
